Jib Cranes Free Standing
Compare FREE STANDING JIB CRANES. A free standing jib crane comes in three jib crane versions.
1.Base plate. This free standing jib crane has a large plate mounted at the bottom of the column. This plate is fastened to the concrete floor with multiple bolts.
2.Foundation insert. This jib crane has an extension to the column which is inserted into a hole in the floor and held with concrete.
3.Sleeve insert. For this jib crane model, a separate sleeve is inserted into the floor. The column is then inserted into the sleeve. This allows the column to rotate.
Models 2 and 3 allow access and free room right up to the column. The length of the jibs range from 10 to 20 feet in 2 foot increments. CBG chose to list 10, 16 and 20 feet length for comparison.
The capacity is in US tons except for Demag which are in metric tons.
