Aqueous spray parts cleaners come in two styles. The top loading spray cleaner and the front loading spray cleaners. These cleaners are designed for batch type cleaning.

The top loading cleaner can be a simple tub for manual parts cleaning, or, more commonly, with a cover. The size can range from 24 to 60 inches in diameter and up to 40 inches deep. The cleaning cycles can be: wash, rinse, dry or wash only.

The front loading cleaners have a series of shelves that can be accessed from the front through a door. Here too, the shelf diameter ranges from 24 to 60 inches and the chamber height can go to over 40 inches. The wash cycle options, wash, rinse and dry are available on most models.

Aqueous conveyor parts cleaners carry the parts to be cleaned on a continuous belt through the cleaning cycle which can be wash, rinse and dry or wash only, depending on the model. The belt cleaner is designed for high volume, continuous production. The variables are the belt width and the length and number of cleaning stations
