Lineshaft Conveyors

Compare LINESHAFT CONVEYORS. Each lineshaft conveyor roller is powered with an O ring belt (spool) running off a lineshaft that runs the full length of the conveyor. The lineshaft conveyor runs very quiet, has fewer friction points than other types and is therefore prefered for cleanroom applications. Also, the spools give very little backpressure, so it is prefered where product runs into each other.

The load capacity is rated for each roller. All manufacturers have options for spacing the rollers, also, not all offer conveyor length up to 100 feet in 5 foot increments.
