Hot Knife This method is similar to the Hot Wire in that it remains hot while the L Sealer is in use. This method eliminates Hot Wire life cycle replacement maintenance.

Semiauto L Sealers

Compare semiautomatic L sealers where the product is located inside the plastic sleeve on the conveyor. The seal arm is lowered by hand. When the seal is completed and the arm is raised, the package moves on to the end of the conveyor belt ready for another package.
