Pallet Strapping Machines

Compare PALLET STRAPPING MACHINES, pallet strappers or unitizers. Pallet strapping machines offer solutions for strapping product to a pallet. Pallet Strapping requires a large frame with strapping material that can withstand a high level of tension.

The pallet strapping machine consists of a large frame. The load is placed inside the frame and the plastic strap is fed around the load. The seal of the strap is either at the top or the side of the load and the strapping machines are designed to do one or the other.

The tension with which a load is held together is important and with most pallet strapping machines the force can be adjusted. The strap widths used for pallet strapping are in the .75 to 1.25 inch range. This depends on the number of straps as well as the height and weight of the load.

The pallet strapping machine can be free standing. Here a forklift truck places the pallet into the frame that is the strapping device. The truck adjusts the location of the straps by moving back and forth. The strapper can also be connected to a conveyor where the pallet is located in the machine and is advanced automatically for the number of strapps desired
