Aqueous Spray Parts Washer

Compare AQUEOUS SPRAY PARTS WASHERS (CLEANERS) or jet spray aqueous parts washer. Spray parts washers are the most common industrial aqueous parts washing units available for parts cleaning. The spray parts washers come as top load or front load designs.

The top load design has one tray to hold the parts. The tray, depending on weight can be lowered into the washer by hand or overhead hoist. Also, depending on the tray diameter, parts can be loaded into the machine directly.

The front load design has multiple trays that can be loaded directly, or the tray arrangement can be swung out for loading the individual trays and then swinging it back into the machine.

In each unit the parts to be cleaned are placed on a tray. When operating, the tray moves past spray jets, or alternately the spray nozzles move around the parts being cleaned.

The advantage of the front load spray clean models is the large size and weight capacity that is possible with this design.
